Reacruitment
Our Recruitment Requirements
- No criminal record.
- Must be 20 years old and above
- At least 5 O’ Level subject passes.
- English Proficiency.
- Fitness
- At least 60% pass on interviews.
Training
We have a strong training policy. Training duration is 2 weeks. After successful vetting exercise the guards undergo the following training to make sure that they are fit for work:
- Physical fitness
- Public relations
- Fire fighting
- Drills
- First Aid
- Basic law
- Voice procedure
- Self defense
- Guard duties
- Search procedure
- Gate control
- Fire fighting
- Riot reaction & control
- Record and time keeping
After our guards finish their initial training, we send them to jobs that fit their skills. Everyone in a leadership position must take more advanced courses. Guards who work with Cash-In-Transit will undergo further arms training. All guards must regularly attend short refresher courses to keep their skills sharp and up-to-date.
Operational Plans
Supervision
- Corporal carries 3 visits per site for every shift.
- Sergeant carries 2 visits per site for every shift.
- Management and senior ranked staff carries out random spot checks.
- Clients are encouraged to carry out their own checks.
On Standby
A group of 10 security guards are always ready every time to cover any emergencies arising
Fleet Availability
Our fleet is reliable as it is serviced every fortnight courtesy of our own qualified workshop personnel.
Control Room
Our control room is manned 24 hours/day. Responsible personnel can be contacted through their cellphones , land lines or walkie talkies
Parades
Evening parades are conducted at 1700hrs at designated sites daily. Guards are expected to report for at least 15 minutes earlier than the starting time ie.17:45hrs at the latest for 18:00hrs. A proper handover / takeover to be carried out at least 15 minutes before starting time ie 05:45 hrs for 06:00 hrs. Main parade to be conducted at least once every month. All parades to be conducted by a respective sergeant.
Refresher Courses
These are to be conducted every 6 months just before guards are rotated in order to prepare them for challenges.
Monthly Report
These shall be prepared and presented to contracting organisation’s security officials on a monthly basis and shall cover among other issues incidents encountered and how to improve security.
