Strong Team Security is a registered, wholly Zimbabwean-owned company providing 12/24-hour security services, including guards, cash-in-transit, patrol dogs, and CCTV installation and monitoring. All services are delivered by trained, disciplined personnel in accordance with Zimbabwean law.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their premises, risks, and access requirements. You agree to cooperate with our personnel, follow our safety instructions, and ensure our staff can perform their duties safely and effectively.
Service Agreements
All security services are subject to a signed service agreement outlining scope, fees, duration, and responsibilities. The agreement takes precedence over any verbal discussions.
Fees and Payment
Fees are agreed upon before service commencement and are payable according to the terms in your service agreement. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution to protect people, property, and assets, Strong Team Security is not liable for losses, damages, or incidents beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, criminal acts by third parties, or client failure to follow our recommendations.
Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of your information and operations. Our staff are trained to handle client information with integrity and discretion.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the agreement. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if payment is not made or if our personnel are placed at unreasonable risk.

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.
